About me and this page…
My name is Fabiana ( Fabi for short). l am an Australian Pastry Chef ( in training) with a true passion for baking and anything sweet. I’ve lived in Spain for 4 years, which further fueled my passion for baking and cooking. During my time in Spain I was able to travel around Europe which opened my eyes ( and tastebuds ) to all the delicious sweet pastries different countries have to offer !
I’ve been lucky enough to have worked in wonderful restaurants, cafes and hotels in different countries with a lot of excellent Chefs who have helpled mould me into the Chef I am today. I look forward to learning new techniques , skills and just doing what I love most every single day until everything I make is PERFECT !
